Bought a coat from Uniqlo
Bought a coat from Uniqlo, didn't like it so returned it, because I bought it online I had to return it online. I have tried to contact the company to chase a refund and they have not responded at all. I have used 'Resolver' and they still haven't acknowledged any of my e-mails. I will continue to try and get a refund and will never shop here again.

you don't even get a confirmation email.
Having made an order it's astonishing you don't even get a confirmation email.
There seems to be no obvious way to contact Uniqlo.
If I had seen the review rating on Trustpilot I would never have ordered.

They charged me £2.95 to return a pair…
They charged me £2.95 to return a pair of shorts that I picked up in store using click and collect. I assumed I could return them to the store but no - thats not an option. I have to post them and I have to pay for it. I don't get to choose which carrier I use but Im paying a premium priceI of £2.95??? Its a shame I thought they were a decent company
Just tried to do it and WOW - I need to have a printer. so I guess I can't return them at all then

I have always in the past found this to…
I have always in the past found this to be a good, reasonably priced and releiable company, with a very straightforward returns process.
Recently, having answered all the questions posed for finding the correct size, (told that size 12 would fit 95% of people with my profile) ordered a pair of trousers. they were too tight- stretched across the pockets and uncomfortable around the waist. I decided to return them, but it was an absolute nightmare. I think I must have spent over two hours on this task. There was no returns label in the package (as there would have been in the past). The information given was that online customers cannot return items instore. However, a note kept popping up telling me I had to do that- very confusing. I eventually found a returns address and organised that via Royal Mail. I had heard nothing after ?10 days,so contacted the company online. I have to say they got back to me promptly, asking for the tracking number. The refund was quickly processed, hence two stars rather than one.

Go to a store, don't buy anything online
As an Asian, in general I quite like their clothes, comfortable and easy, with reasonable price. But let's be honest, the online shopping experience is such a disaster...Their size varies a lot and there is a big possibility you may need to change a size at least, yet it's not free. Now when shopping online you kinda take it for granted that it should be free return but no, watch out. Plus you need to print the label out, I mean, come on it's 2022. Anyway, I'll never shop online until they change the return process.

They are very friendly
They are very friendly. Especially Jahid. He works at the Amsterdam branch. He is very well behaved and helpful. I really like it. I think he is the best employee I have ever met.

Don't buy their pre-packaged clothes
Don't buy their pre-packaged clothes! In the store, employees told me I could just buy a packaged shirt to try it on and return it if it didn't fit. It had a stain when I opened it and didn't fit. Then when I tried to return it, they blamed the stain on me and said I couldn't returned opened shirts...? The cashier was also really rude and said the situation didn't make sense and I was lying.

Don’t shop online. Don’t shop at all!
I would have not giving a star at all. Horrible service from the online team with bad service. I have shopped online and when my shopping arrived it was left outside my door, when I came back that day from being out I couldn’t find the parcel. I’ve asked all neighbours and no one has it. Customer service has refused to replace my £60 shopping that I have not received nor signed for, no refund and they’ve refused to assist me more. The only thing they’ve told me to do is to contact Citizens Advice. Frustrating, disappointing and I’m angry as I’ve lost my money and my shopping. I’ve asked them for a proof for f me receiving the parcel and signing for it and they’ve ignore my request by saying they can’t assist me anymore. Don’t waste your time and money. Now I’m left with nothing. This is there last reply: ‘ We have escalated this case before our outcome, unfortunately we would not be able to assist you any further.
If you are not happy with this outcome, as stipulated in our terms and conditions, you are entitled to escalate this matter with a dispute resolution mediator.
Please kindly use the link below to contact Citizens Advice
Once again we appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, however we will not be able to assist you any further with this matter.
Kind regards,
Oluwabusayo @ UNIQLO Customer Care

Couldn’t return t-shirts because of invisible ‘stain’
Bought two t-shirts in store. They did not fit me so I tried to return them, the manager claimed to see a ‘stain’ on the t-shirt and refused a return. There was no stain on the clothing at all, manager just said there was and refused a return.

Biggest scam going folks
Biggest scam going folks. Run from this company… that is if you can “Unsubscribe” from any of it. It’s almost impossible. Good luck but push these people away from you as far as you can.

Great if no returns...
They are great if you don't need to return anything. Otherwise, they will charge you for returning something. So I just have to be extra careful that I want to keep the clothes that I'm ordering. Their clothes are usually very good quality. It's just the fit that may differ, and thus the needing to return something. I wish they improve their return process.
I like Uniqlo clothes
I like Uniqlo clothes. However, buying online has been a terrible experience. They mistyped my address - thanks to the postman who new our name, the parcel reached us. The retailer provide instructions on free returns on their site, but they are misleading - a return slip is not included with the order and the return label I printed, is not paid for. They also aren't answering emails. Very disappointing.
Will never ever shop online with…
Will never ever shop online with Uniqlo. The return process is a joke. If you don’t have printer there is no option to return. 2.95 for return and worst of all some of they clothes run too small or too big. Horrible place to shop
